We hope you love your Fox & Fell piece, but we understand that sometimes something just isn’t right.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind, you can let us know that you’d like to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the return details.

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning it. As our pieces are framed, please package your return carefully and securely. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

Once your return has been received, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or faulty pieces

We package every piece carefully, but if yours arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, please get in touch as soon as possible.

If you can, include photographs of the damage and the packaging so we can understand what has happened and put things right.

Where you are legally entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy, we’ll arrange this at no additional cost to you.

Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.
