A Few Things You Might be Wondering

Does my photograph come framed?

Yes. Every Fox & Fell piece is sold exactly as you see it - professionally printed, framed and ready to hang. No searching for the right size frame afterwards.
Will the same piece be available again?

Not always. We choose each photograph and frame together, and some combinations may only be available once. Others may return in a different frame or size.
How much is delivery?

Delivery is free across the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days and sent using the Royal Mail’s 1st Class service which has an estimated 24 to 48 hour transit time.
What if my frame arrives damaged?

We package every piece carefully, but if something goes wrong on the journey to you, get in touch and we’ll put it right.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You can let us know you’d like to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. See our Returns page for the full details here.
